SECTION 1 - DELIVERY SERVICE
Order purchased in Cheese n Dash online store will be delivered by SF Express or other courier companies or by our staff. Customer can leave a message when placing order if there are any requirements regarding delivery arrangements. We will do our best to meet customer requirements.
SECTION 2 - DELIVERY FEE
Free shipping to both local residential and commercial addresses on purchases over HKD$500 in Cheese n Dash online store (exclude Cake, chilled and frozen products). If the customers want to choose self-pickup at SF Express stations or EF lockers, please fill in the SF Store Code and address in the delivery address during the check out process.
If the order is less than HKD$500 for a single purchase, the shipping fee will be charged by courier when customer receive the order.
SECTION 3 - CAKES, CHILLED AND FROZEN PRODUCTS
Free shipping does not cover cakes, chilled and frozen products. Because those foods require storage in fridge or freezer, a cold chain logistics solution is required, please contact us for the cost and arrangement on cold chain delivery before placing the order. But for cake (apart from paw cake), is fragile and required special care, even cold chain delivery would not cover this. We recommend customer pick us the cake at our workshop and if the customer really want delivery service, please contact us for the availability and price after placing the order.
SECTION 4 - OUT OF STOCK / DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS
To keep the treats and foods fresh, Cheese n Dash will keep adequate supply of products. But it still will go shortage of the item after the order is placed, we will make it immediately and delivery the products within 7 days after purchase. However, if we cannot fulfill the order within 7 days after purchase or before the day expected by the customer (when the customer leave us a message for the expected receiving date), we will contact the customer and customer can choose to wait or refund.
