When do I receive my order?

We typically send out orders within 1-2 days if the products are readily available. However, as we try to maximise the freshness of our treats and only maintain a low stock level, sometimes the products might be made to order. In this case, please be patient and we are usually able to send out the order within 7 days. If you fail to receive an order dispatch notification after 7 days, please feel free to contact us for enquiry.
