SECTION 1 - WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
If you change your mind, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund it for you. If it’s within 14 days, in its original condition and you’ve got proof of purchase, you can return your item to our workshop at your own cost. Some items cannot be returned and refund unless faulty, here is the list:
- Pet lunch box
- Food Truck
- Moon cake
- Chilled and frozen products
SECTION 2 - WHAT TO DO IF ITEMS MISSING FOR DELIVERY?

SECTION 3 - HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?
Refunds for transactions made by credit card will take 7-10 working days. For transactions made by Bank Deposit / Payme / FPS will take 1-5 working days.
SECTION 4 - I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF MY ITEM, WHAT CAN I DO?
